Adrianne Goes Farming

My experiences with local food and thoughts about it.

We got our peppers in today! I’ll take you through it. Water and pack them into garden carts. Prep the bed (this is actually Anika prepping for squash, but whatever) with the Tuff-bilt. Then we plant and remove any pepper fruits, so that the plants will put more energy into growing tall and bushy.  And ta-da! Six beautiful rows of hot and sweet peps. 

Yummmmmm. We also transplanted celeriac (late late late), our next round of squash/cukes, and our first of melons this week. Hello summer.
